Job description

VANRATH is assisting a leading Broadband company in recruiting a Field Sales Executive. This is a great opportunity to join a company with over 35 reps on the road.

Shifts are scheduled from Monday to Saturday (rota basis).

The candidate can reside anywhere in Northern Ireland, covering 4 territories. A Company Car and Fuel card will be provided.

Working hours: 5pm-8pm, with some evenings extending to 8pm due to peak selling times.

Salary: £50,000 OTE (£26,475 Base + Monthly Bonus). There is no cap on bonuses for motivated individuals aiming to earn more than the OTE. Full breakdown available. Benefits include a bonus KPI system, company vehicle, fuel card, and comprehensive training.

Territories include:

  • North coast down to Ballymena
  • Fermanagh/Tyrone
  • Armagh and south towards the border
  • Greater Belfast to Ards Peninsula

Responsibilities:

  • Door-to-door sales across NI, visiting customers' homes to sell products
  • Explaining product features and benefits
  • Driving sales to meet targets while building rapport
  • Feedback to internal teams about customer concerns and local information
  • Representing the company throughout Northern Ireland as the network expands

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in field, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and adapting sales approach
  • Confident handling objections and persistent
  • Driven, ambitious, and target-oriented
  • Motivated to earn, with some staff earning over double the base salary
