VANRATH is partnering with a Major FMCG Distribution Service to recruit a Field Sales Executive for a growing team based in Belfast. The company emphasizes staff development and progression.

This is a Permanent position (Monday - Friday), field-based with 3 days on the road and 2 days working from home.

Salary: £28,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Car (fuel costs paid) + Phone & Laptop + Clear Progression & Training Opportunities. An exciting role with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass customer sales & profit budgets, maximizing ROI of Soft Drink brands across Out of Home Wholesale & Retail Accounts, aligned with Sales, Shopper & Brand objectives.
  • Manage customer portfolio with existing and new business to meet sales, shopper, and brand goals within set parameters.
  • Implement national plans locally, ensuring distribution & activation align with brand objectives and TGM targets.
  • Develop collaborative customer partnerships, translating sales and brand objectives into customer business plans, ranging, and activation in line with business cycles.
  • Coordinate with Brand and NPD teams regarding customer needs and product cycles.
  • Work with commercial planning and activation teams to ensure all activities align with company and brand expectations, managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide required information for internal and external stakeholders within deadlines.
  • Use insights to maximize brand distribution, visibility, and availability, setting targets and analyzing gaps.
  • Monitor competitor activity and feed back insights to the business.
  • Maintain control over financial management, including debtor days, credit queries, and invoices, resolving issues within 35 days.
