Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Waste Management Company in their search for a Field Sales Executive to cover the Sheffield area.

For the successful Field Sales Executive, our client is offering:

  1. £28,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE
  2. Monday to Friday Days role
  3. Permanent Position
  4. Company car, phone, laptop, travel expenses
  5. Uncapped commission with a fantastic structure in place
  6. Monthly and quarterly company bonus & pension scheme

The role – Field Sales Executive:

  1. Manage own area selling services to new business
  2. Business development, sales calls, and site visits to secure new business
  3. Securing sales and preparation of quotations and proposals
  4. Carrying out market research to locate and qualify new prospects and completing sales analysis and reporting
  5. Prospecting new business via cold calling and door knocking

What our client is looking for in a Field Sales Executive:

  1. Previous experience within a B2B field sales role acquiring new business - ESSENTIAL
  2. Full UK Drivers licence - ESSENTIAL
  3. Knowledge of Waste Management sector - BENEFICIAL
  4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  5. Able to work alone without supervision and demonstrate a professional approach
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  7. Must be a highly motivated, sales-driven individual
