Realistic OTE £90,000 (totally uncapped) Top Earners in excess of £100K

The COMPANY

Our client is a well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations across the UK for over 75 years. They are one of the UK's leading businesses in their field, with highly trained and rewarded staff. They are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive.

The ROLE

As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with your designated telesales/appointment team to sell our client's range of services primarily to SMEs. Your responsibilities include:

1. Attending sales appointments booked by your telemarketing partner.
2. Using a consultative sales approach, providing solutions tailored to each client's specific requirements.
3. Generating new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
4. Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy, and rewarding environment.

CANDIDATE

Our client seeks a strong Field Sales Consultant with the following experience and attributes:

• B2B field sales experience.
• Understanding of consultative sales processes.
• Confidence in value-based selling.
• Experience selling to SMEs.
• Strong closing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

This role is commutable from:

Durham, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Stockton-On-Tees, Hartlepool, Sunderland, Peterlee, Houghton le Spring.
