GBP30,000 Basic (GBP60,000 Guarantee for First Year subject to experience)
Realistic OTE GBP90,000 (totally uncapped). Top Earners in excess of GBP100K

The Company:

Our client is a well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations across the UK for over 75 years. They are one of the UK's leading businesses in their field, known for having highly trained and rewarded staff. They are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive.

The Role:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with your designated telesales/appointment team to sell a range of services mainly to SMEs.

The successful candidate will be required to:

1. Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner.
2. Take a consultative approach to sales, providing solutions that match clients' specific requirements.
3. Self-generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
4. Thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, and high-reward environment.

Candidate Profile:

Our client is looking for a strong Field Sales Consultant with the following experience and attributes:

1. B2B field sales experience.
2. Understanding of a consultative sales process.
3. Confidence in value-based selling.
4. Experience selling to SMEs.
5. Good closing skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and highly organized.

Location Details:

This role is commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend, and Caerphilly.
