Job summary

CPM is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive Suntory brands such as Lucozade, Ribena, -196 and Celsius across Manchester and surrounding areas. You will grow distribution and win new points of sale in convenience, food service, hospitality, and on-trade venues.

The role requires a persistent, proactive approach with strong relationship-building and a robust sales pipeline. A full UK driving license is essential; a company car and Oyster card are provided, along with pension, 30 days holiday

Qualifications

• At least a full UK manual driving license is required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, retail, sales, FMCG, or recent graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• At least 8 calls per day with a focus on white space.
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships across your territory to convert them into sales/distribution points for Suntory brands.
• Partner with the CPM team to deliver city centre growth using POS, sales tools and digital assets to boost customers' social presence.
• Identify wider business development opportunities and create a pipeline for future growth.

Salary: £29,500.00 + up to 15% bonus p/a

Ideal Location: Manchester, United Kingdom, M24

Territory Covering: Bradford, Bolton, Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Oldham, Preston, Stockport, Wakefield and surrounding areas

As our new Field Sales Executive, you will be tasked with growing sales and distribution points for Suntory’s range of products including Lucozade, Ribena, -196 and Celsius. You will proactively seek out opportunities with new and existing convenience retail, food service, leisure and on trade venues to introduce and expand Suntory’s product offerings through your drive and determination to succeed.

You will be a tenacious and resilient individual never resting on your laurels always looking for the next opportunity. You are a natural people person with the ability to form positive relationships quickly and will be proud to be seen as the expert in your field building long lasting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

What else will you be doing?

• At least 8 calls per day with a particular focus on white space.
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships across your territory converting them into sales/distribution points for the Suntory portfolio of brands.
• Partner with the wider CPM team across your territory to deliver city centre growth leveraging POS and standard sales tools as well as digital assets to help key customers drive their social presence.
• Identifying wider business development opportunities and creating a pipeline for future growth.
