Field Sales Executive - Hospitality & Leisure Sector (South West: Devon & Cornwall)

Location: Field & Home-Based (Devon & Cornwall)

Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 basic + uncapped commission + car allowance

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role

We\'re seeking an ambitious Field Sales / Area Sales / Regional Sales Executive based in the South West (Devon & Cornwall). You\'ll be responsible for managing your own territory, visiting existing and prospective clients within the hospitality and leisure sector, and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, leisure centres, and other hospitality venues in your territory


• Identify and convert new business opportunities


• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product presentations


• Manage your own diary - field-based with flexibility to work from home


• Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service throughout

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, area sales, or regional sales


• Strong background selling into the hospitality and/or leisure sector


• Confident communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills


• Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent time management


• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle


• Based in Devon or Cornwall
