Overview

Here at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, we are looking for a Field Sales Executive based in Barking, as part of our dedicated Regional Field Sales Team. You will be tasked with securing new business for SUEZ, recycling, and recovery UK. It’s a chance to put your talents to the test in a stimulating role, where you’ll bring new, profitable customers to the business. You’ll operate in a specific geographic area, building relationships with new clients and providing a Total Waste Solution that meets client needs while delivering on targets such as sales performance and revenue. You’ll communicate effectively with customers to explain the recycling ethos and why non-landfill options are the future. Ongoing career development, training and coaching will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Pro-actively and reactively sell profitable new business within your area to meet set targets.
  • Report leads, calls, quotes, and contract activity on the Company Operating System.
Requirements
  • Driven, experienced and IT-literate with a proven track record in sales.
  • Sales experience with a can-do attitude.
  • A background in the Waste industry is highly desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Capability to create sales plans, direct selling, present to clients and negotiate at all levels.
  • A true team player who thrives on collaboration with fellow Field Sales Executives and brings a creative approach to work.

Salary and Hours

Salary: £36,000 basic + Company Car + expected £9,000 OTE commission (uncapped) + Benefits. The role is a 37.5 hour week, with flexibility around start and finish times to fit your schedule.
