Overview

Here at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, we are looking for a Field Sales Executive based in Aldershot. You will be part of our dedicated Regional Field Sales Team, tasked with securing new business for SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK. It’s a role to bring new, profitable customers to the business and deliver on targets such as sales performance and revenue.

You’ll be out and about, building relationships with new clients and providing a Total Waste Solution that meets client needs while promoting non-landfill options as part of our recycling ethos. You will operate in a specific geographic area and work closely with our teams to achieve your goals, with clear and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Pro-actively and reactively selling profitable new business within your area to meet set targets.
  • Reporting leads, calls, quotes, and contract activity on the Company Operating System.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new clients to expand the customer base within the geographic area.
  • Presenting and negotiating with clients to secure contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Driven, experienced and IT-literate with a proven track record in sales.
  • Sales experience with a can-do attitude.
  • Background in the Waste industry is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Ability to create sales plans, direct selling, present to clients and negotiate at all levels.
  • Team player who works collaboratively with fellow Field Sales Executives.
