The Advocate Group is exclusively partnering with a leading global drinks business to recruit a Field Sales Executive for London. You'll own the Barnet & Enfield territory, driving distribution, availability and in-store visibility across convenience channels, and you'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with retailers and delivering against performance targets.

This role offers a £34,500 basic salary with a 25% quarterly bonus and a fully expensed company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or field sales with autonomy.
• Proven ability to build retailer relationships and drive distribution.
• Willingness to drive and operate a company vehicle in field.

Responsabilités

• Own the territory and drive distribution, availability and activation in convenience.
• Increase product facings and availability across the territory.
• Create standout in-store execution through POS and displays.
• Bring promotions to life to drive rate of sale.
• Build and maintain relationships with independent retailers.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Feed back market insights and competitive activity.
• Report territory activity in line with company standards.
