Job summary

Claro Partners in the United Kingdom is seeking ambitious field sales representatives to promote EE and BT Group broadband and connectivity solutions. You will meet customers in local communities, assess needs, and recommend the best packages while guiding the sales journey from conversation to order.

Training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you achieve strong earnings. A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 18+ and the right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
• Experience in Field Sales, Retail or Customer Service is beneficial but not required.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners in residential areas.
• Introduce customers to EE & BT Group broadband products.
• Understand each customer’s needs before recommending the most suitable solution.
• Explain broadband speeds, connectivity options and packages clearly.
• Guide customers through the sales journey from initial conversation through to completed order.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving individual sales targets.
• Work closely with your Team Leader to develop skills and maximise earnings.
