Thomas Lee Recruitment is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to join our UK sales team, covering the Midlands. The role mixes account management with new business development, visiting customers and building long-term relationships.

Based from Milton Keynes, you will train in Germany and receive full product and technical training. The package includes a basic salary of £32,000–£35,000, annual bonus, and a fully expensed VW Golf or similar company car, plus a laptop and pension.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Stable employment history.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Confident in developing accounts and pursuing new business.
• Proactive and self-motivated with an interest in learning technical products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
• Identify and win new business.
• Visit customers throughout the Midlands.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Work from the Milton Keynes office when not visiting customers.
