We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional with a background in the military and aerospace (Mil/Aero) industry. The primary objective of this role is to drive the development of the assigned sales region through proactive customer care and strategic new customer acquisition. Your Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the assigned sales territory, including revenue, gross margin, quotation management and follow-up, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Support and development of existing customers, as well as active acquisition of new customers via phone and digital tools
  • Technical consultation and design-in support at customer sites
  • Ongoing collaboration and information exchange with the Inside Sales team
  • Continuous market and competitive analysis to support current and future projects


Your Profile

  • Strong market and product knowledge in the electronic components industry
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on relationship management
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and independent working style
  • Commercial education or technical training combined with several years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in English
