Field Sales Engineer

Up to £35,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus

Are you eager to provide a quality service to customers and enjoy working within a hands on capacity?

The Advocate Group is partnered with a premium coffee brand, known for its heritage, innovation, and presence in high-end hospitality venues across the UK. They are looking for a Field Sales Technician to provide technical support and account management to Hospitality customers. This person will be responsible for fitting, removing and troubleshooting the equipment while providing a high quality level of service to the customer and driving sales.

Responsibilities will include:

• Installing equipment at relevant locations.
• Identifying potential venues through leads generated by the commercial teams
• Responding to equipment repair requests and auditing at required sites
• Passionate about growing your territory and become a strong networker across industry
• events
• Upselling products and services to grow the account base along side the sales representative
• Conducts training sessions in accounts for the company’s focus brands

About You:

• Clean UK driving license is required
• Experience within a hands on job is desired (Bar work, Barista ect)
• Passionate and driven to learn new skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Highly organised and good time management
• Great team player and culture add
