The Field Sales Coordinator is a group resource within Nurture Brands, supporting the Vital brand amongst others. Familiarity with the Health & Wellness category will be beneficial. You will play a key role in driving sales execution and promotional efforts across our portfolio, helping to strengthen the market presence of our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement and evaluate promotional activities to drive brand presence and market penetration
  • Coordinate and manage sales agents
  • Follow a structured cyclical and monthly call cycle, ensuring efficient coverage of targeted outlets
  • Drive market share growth of promoted products within the allocated territory
  • Meet call activity standards and ensure optimal frequency of visits to key customers
  • Ensure correct product ranging and execution based on individual customer profiles
  • Analyse performance trends and identify areas requiring additional promotional focus
  • Identify in-store opportunities through regular visits and build effective in-store relationships, including execution of ad hoc displays
  • Direct and manage third-party sales agents to execute agreed sales strategies and plans
  • Coordinate and facilitate product and promotional training sessions in alignment with marketing
