Role Description

As a self-employed Field Sales Consultant, you will earn competitive uncapped commissions by building relationships with small businesses and demonstrating how SumUp products can add value. You can act as a solutions consultant, offering a comprehensive product toolkit. We seek passionate, results-driven individuals with a proven track record of exceeding targets to join our ambitious Field Sales team.

What You’ll Do

  1. Identify and engage high-potential clients within your designated territory, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses.
  2. Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to showcase SumUp's Card reader and POS solutions.
  3. Communicate the value proposition of our products, addressing client needs and objections effectively.
  4. Generate leads proactively and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted activities.

You’ll Be Great for This Role If

  • You have success in a prior Field Sales role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or POS solutions.
  • You can consistently exceed sales targets and deliver results.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client trust and relationships.
  • You have market knowledge and a passion for supporting local SMBs.
  • You have experience with outbound lead generation, cold calling, and pipeline development.
