Job summary

Rentokil Initial Careers is seeking a Field Sales Consultant for the Coatbridge area, covering Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Fife, Edinburgh & the Borders. You will visit new and existing customers, build relationships and sell medical and hazardous waste services, with daily travel and a focus on delivering exceptional service.

The role offers a competitive base salary (£27,228) with an OTE 등 bonus and commission schemes, plus a company vehicle, fuel card and rewards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.

Responsibilities

• Visit both new and existing customers in a field-based role.
• Build relationships and sell medical and hazardous waste services.
• Manage new sales opportunities via customer enquiries and internal leads.
• Travel daily to cover allocated areas and stay on schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Field Sales Consultant Role

In this field-based role, you'll visit both new and existing customers, where you will be expected to build relationships and sell our medical and hazardous waste services. You will work closely with a portfolio of existing customers, alongside managing new sales opportunities via customer enquiries and internal leads. As daily travel is required, you should be comfortable being on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to everything we do, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring our customers are satisfied.
