Why this role matters:

We are looking for a Field Sales & Education Executive based in London to drive excellence in customer service and education in our key retail doors across the UK & Ireland.

You will be responsible for driving brand love through educating retailer teams, organising events around key promotional periods, engaging with customers on the shop floor and increasing retail sales in key doors across the UK & Ireland. This role will also include occasional EU travel to support our European retailers. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about the skincare and retail industry, who is a confident delivering brand and product training to drive Pai’s core messages and values.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be a Brand Ambassador for Pai in key retail doors, assisting customers to shop the range and make product recommendations.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, train-the-trainer, both in-person and online, to effectively communicate product benefits and drive conversion.
  • Support on the creation of compelling educational materials, slide decks, videos, and any other useful material that resonate with customers and drive sales.
  • With an eye for detail on stock, merchandising, POS you will ensure all sales KPIs are delivered.
  • Build great relationships with the store teams
  • Develop and deliver a programme of events in collaboration with the commercial and trade marketing teams
  • Assist in executing the customer (trade) marketing plan to our retail partners.
  • Ensure timely and on brand execution of all product launches through relevant education models.
  • Support and update annual master brand training deck and NPD updates, combining product knowledge and advance selling kills
  • Communicate all information accurately, timely & effectively both externally & internally.
  • Seek new and review in store POS in line with brand requirements, promo space windows.
  • Work alongside the Commercial & Marketing teams, working in collaboration with the Senior Commercial Managers.
  • Establish & maintain relationships with retail partners including beauty floor managers, training managers and sales associates.
  • Complete weekly reporting as per the Senior Commercial Managers needs
  • Ensure that the training diary is kept up to date.
  • Share essential sales information a timely manner.

  • Happy to travel within the UK, with occasional travel to the EU
  • Willing to work weekends as needed to fit the needs of the business
  • Fluent in English – other European languages beneficial but not essential
