Job summary

First Home Improvements is seeking a confident Field Sales Agent to visit customers in their homes across the Southampton area, with pre-booked warm appointments.

You will discuss requirements, offer advice on products and services, and help customers find the right solution, while building strong relationships. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Job description

We are looking for a confident, friendly and motivated Field Sales Agent to join our team.

There's no cold calling or door knocking involved. All appointments are pre-booked and confirmed by the manager, meaning you'll be visiting customers who have already shown an interest in our products. These are warm leads, giving you the opportunity to focus on the customer and the sale rather than finding your own appointments.

As a Field Sales Agent, you will visit customers in their homes, discuss their requirements and provide advice on the products and services available. You'll build a great relationship with customers, understand what they are looking for and help them find the right solution.

No previous sales experience is required, as full paid training and ongoing support will be provided.
