The main purpose of your role as a Field Sales Agent is to sell and promote Fibre broadband door to door. You’ll be responsible for helping to drive our continued growth in the towns and communities served by our full fibre network.

You will be going door-to-door and working at events promoting the benefits of our full fibre broadband to residents. It will be your job to effectively identify and close sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing a pipeline of potential future B2C sales and trying to levy referrals and endorsements.

With a huge increase in the number of homes ready for service scheduled for next year, this is a huge opportunity to capitalize on some of FullFibre's top emerging markets.

Job Description

  • Sell and promote Fibre broadband door to door.
  • Drive growth in local communities served by our network.
  • Identify and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential B2C sales and seek referrals.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in face-to-face sales, preferably in energy or telecoms.
  • Valid UK Driver’s Licence.
  • Experience of lone working.
  • Excellent diary management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Available to work between 10:00-19:00 (Mon-Fri).

Job Responsibilities

  • Door-to-door sales in expanding territories.
  • Engage with existing and potential clients daily.
  • Gain referrals and endorsements from existing customers.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities.
  • Update customer and prospect databases daily.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide high-quality customer care.
  • Assist in promotional events.
  • Collaborate with team to develop sales strategies.

Job Benefits

  • Starting salary of £25,000 plus Car Allowance and OTE circa £60k.
