Job Description:

Cactus Search is currently recruiting for a number of field-based positions for a leading insurance brand. This role requires some sales experience but is primarily customer service-driven, involving visiting pre-booked meetings at various companies across the UK.

This role entails being hotel-based Monday to Friday throughout the UK for 50% of the year, with the remaining half working from home and meetings set within an hour of your home.

This is a non-advised FCA role, so no pushy sales; all meetings are warm, and you will be paired with another advisor.

Ideal Background

• Sales experience essential
• Confident character with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
• Driving licence
• Willing to stay away from home Monday to Friday in a hotel for weeks at a time (you will always be home on weekends)
• FCA experience desirable but full training provided
