Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and driving strategic growth? As a Field Sales Account Manager at Currys Business, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy—owning a defined segment and cultivating long-term partnerships that deliver real value.

You’ll be more than a sales professional—you’ll be a trusted advisor, working closely with key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and craft tailored solutions from our full OMNI channel offering, including mobile and electrical products.

This field-based role covers the Midlands and London regions, requiring regular travel to engage with clients across both areas.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and sustained revenue.
  • Developing deep, consultative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Creating and executing strategic account plans that drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, using insight-led conversations to position Currys Business as a partner of choice.
  • Delivering compelling, solution-focused presentations that highlight the value and impact of our products and services.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-term loyalty.
  • Achieving and exceeding performance targets, with a strong focus on customer success and profitability.

You will need:

  • A proven track record in relationship-driven sales, consistently exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to account development and opportunity spotting.
  • Experience in mobile or electrical sales is a strong advantage.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence.
