We’re looking for a Field Sales Account Manager to add to our rapidly expanding sales team. This role is within our retail channel, managing and building on our strong independent customers base in London/South/SEast/SWest areas. With the significant year-on-year growth we see at tonies, there is a huge amount of potential here!

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Being part of the sales team driving best practice and improved sales performance in the retail channel
  • Converting prospects into successful, long-term customers using sales methods such as emailing, face-to-face, cold calling, and presentations
  • Grow tonies sales in existing and new accounts
  • Visiting customers on a regular basis and evaluating customers’ needs
  • Representing the business at trade shows & demo events
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Effectively leverage our brand and marketing plans with customers
  • Day-to-day customer admin, support & account management
  • Assist where needed with merchandising requirements within our key accounts
  • Ad-hoc tasks as requested by line manager
  • Opportunities to expand the role to take on larger accounts as the role grows
