Position Summary

In this role, the Field Account Executive (FAE) is primarily responsible to facilitate customer and prospect meetings in order to identify and sell Concentra's suite of services. The FAE is supported by a lead development representative who schedules initial meetings with qualified leads. The FAE will continue the customer through the buying cycle.

Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate customer and prospect needs through various activities conducted throughout the sales cycle.
  2. Analyze organizational charts to identify decision makers and influencers to progress sales.
  3. Research decision makers to formulate solution value propositions.
  4. Create a close plan with sales leadership for multi-level engagement.
  5. Facilitate customer meetings using various technology.
  6. Identify internal stakeholders for customer meetings.
  7. Gain formal commitment from customers to utilize Concentra's services.
  8. Exceed sales targets and expectations.
  9. Coordinate the setup of Concentra Service Packages for smooth implementation.
  10. Communicate weekly achievements and pipeline status to leadership.
  11. Maintain an accurate sales funnel in CRM for forecasting.
  12. Understand the competitive landscape within the territory.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales (at least four years).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information per laws and policies.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.

This position offers a base salary from $50,000 to $65,000 annually plus quarterly commissions, depending on experience, location, and seniority.
