JOB TITLE: Field Sales

LOCATION: Luton

SALARY: GBP30,000 Basic (GBP60,000 Guarantee for First Year subject to experience)

Realistic OTE GBP90,000 (totally uncapped). Top earners in excess of GBP100K.

Our client is a well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations across the UK for over 75 years. They are one of the UK's leading businesses in their field, known for having highly trained and rewarded staff. They are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive.

The ROLE

As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with your designated telesales/appointment setter to sell the company's range of services primarily to SMEs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Attending sales appointments booked by your telemarketing partner.
2. Adopting a consultative sales approach, providing clients with tailored solutions.
3. Generating new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
4. Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy environment with high rewards.

CANDIDATE

Our client seeks a strong Field Sales professional with:

• B2B field sales experience.
• Understanding of consultative sales processes.
• Confidence in value-based selling.
• Experience selling to SMEs.
• Good closing skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Location

This role is commutable from: Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, St Albans, Letchworth, Aylesbury, Watford.
