Location: covering UK South (Covering Essex, Surrey, Hampshire, Bristol, Cardiff, Gatwick, Guildford, Hertfordshire, London, Norwich, Plymouth)
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in PPE or workwear? We're looking for a Field Sales Specialist to join our growing team, covering a wide and exciting territory across the South of the UK.

Proven experience in PPE or workwear sales (preferably B2B)
Strong knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and certification requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Experience using CRM systems
A proactive, team-oriented approach
Full UK driving licence (role requires regular travel)
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored PPE and workwear solutions
Build strong, lasting relationships with B2B clients
Handle incoming enquiries, resolve issues, and convert opportunities into sales

Keep informed on industry developments, innovations, and regulations
Support procurement by identifying and sourcing new, compliant product lines
Represent our brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Develop and maintain key supplier relationships to broaden product offerings
Ensure all products meet UK/EU health and safety standards
Provide accurate certification and technical documentation to clients
Work alongside marketing, procurement, and customer service teams
Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing initiatives
£35k-£45k base salary (DOE)
