Field Sales - UK & Ireland territory (UK remote /Field-Based)

Industry Experience: Paper & packaging (1-2 Years)

Salary: £35-£45k + Commission + Car

Are you in internal sales and ready to take your career on the road? Do you want to work for a globally recognised player in the paper and packaging sector, who are looking for an ambitious, energetic Sales Executive to step up into a UK & Ireland field sales role? What you will do:
  1. Build and manage relationships with existing and new clients across the UK & Ireland.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions.
  3. Attend face-to-face client meetings, trade events, and site visits.
  4. Collaborate closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Maintain accurate records via CRM, and report on sales activity and performance.
What you will bring:
  1. 1-2 years' experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management (B2B).
  2. Passion for developing client relationships and hunger to be in the field.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  4. Self-motivated with a proactive mindset - ready to manage your own diary and hit the ground running.
  5. Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland (clean driving licence required).
