Field Sales Representative – Housing Disrepair Claims (Self-Employed)

Location: Nationwide (opportunities available across England and Wales)

Employment Type: Self-Employed

About the Role

We are looking for driven and professional Field Sales Representatives to join our national team, supporting tenants across the UK in identifying and reporting issues within their rental properties that may qualify for housing disrepair claims.

As a Field Representative, you will engage directly with tenants in social and private rental accommodation, explain how the claims process works, and complete the necessary referral forms. Your work will help tenants receive the repairs and compensation they are entitled to through our partnered solicitors.

This is a self-employed, commission-based position offering flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a real difference for people living in poor housing conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with tenants in their local area to identify eligible housing disrepair claims.
  • Explain the claims process clearly and professionally.
  • Gather and record required information accurately using provided forms or digital platforms.
  • Liaise with the internal team to ensure referrals are processed efficiently.
  • Represent Staff Scouts and our partnered solicitors with integrity and professionalism.
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR and relevant data handling procedures.
