Job description

MAHLE SmartBike Systems builds components and systems behind some of the most innovative eBikes in the world. Mahle’s bike branch designs hardware and software solutions for eBike manufacturers, dealers, and riders. MAHLE SmartBike System’s innovative solutions are guided by continuous dialog between the bicycle brands, dealers, and riders.

Your contribution:

  • Responsible for the aftermarket (distributor and retailer) network including training, service, and trade marketing approach for the region.
  • Plan dealer visits and organize dealer training programs to support sales and service in the region.
  • Training of OEM’s/distributors’/dealers and sales reps.
  • Guarantee quality service: deploy service strategy for the various bicycle brands in coordination with other regions.
  • Act as liaison between Mahle quality/service center department and OEM/dealers.
  • Marketing support on the field: supporting development of POP to make the brand visible on the shop floor, be able to measure the marketing ROI. Trade marketing executor.
  • Raise confidence of dealer and OEM about Mahle and its products.
  • Support and attend events organized by OEM’s, trade shows, demo days.
  • Organize demo events with brands, dealers, consumers.

Your experience and qualifications:

  • Experience in using and creating technical documentation.
  • Bike technical understanding (specifically on e-bikes) and mechanical skills.
  • Basic sales & promoting experience.
  • Willingness to travel (60%+).
