The Role

Act as a representative of the Client to deliver a range of services required by various utility companies. The core activity involves visiting the premises of the client's customers and performing the following functions related to their gas and electricity supply:

1. Conduct PDV visits in line with specific client requirements
2. Negotiate payment arrangements
3. Execute documentation to secure payment to the client
4. Execute Warrants to secure payment/access to deliver resolution

Candidate Requirements

• Full clean UK Driving License
• Working hours: 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5:00pm on Friday
• Previous experience in debt negotiation/collection, customer service, conflict resolution is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to work alone or as part of a team, indoors and outdoors
• Excellent spoken English
• Ability to make quick decisions and judgments
