Job summary

Poundland is seeking a Remodel & Merchandising Coordinator to support our Property Services team across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will lead merchandising, POS and equipment moves during store development projects, including openings and refits, while prioritising health and safety.

The role is field-based with travel across the UK and Ireland, and may involve night shifts and weekends. You will coordinate internal colleagues and external agencies to deliver projects to the highest

Qualifications

• Team leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Merchandising expertise including planograms and space planning.
• Experience supporting store openings, refits or relocations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate retail colleagues and agency teams to deliver store development projects.
• Set up delivery schedules for new stores and update Product Control on deliveries.
• Ensure planograms and space layouts are followed and pricing/POS are in place.
