Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking experienced Refrigeration Engineers for field-based roles supporting a major supermarket estate across the UK. This position offers permanent and temporary opportunities with a typical 45-hour week and an OTE of £60k.

Responsibilities include service, maintenance, fault finding, and reactive support, along with ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on commercial refrigeration systems in retail/FM environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems (packs, integrals, walk-ins).
• Fault finding and reactive breakdown response.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) per SFG20 standards.
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards.
• Accurate completion of job reports via PDA/CAF system.
• Provide excellent client-facing service on-site.
