Job summary

Vanden Recycling is seeking a field-based quality-focused role in the UK to ensure waste plastic materials meet customer quality standards. You’ll inspect materials at supplier sites, collect samples, perform tests, and analyse results.

You’ll travel 3–4 days per week, manage your own schedule, and join a fast-growing team with extensive training. There is clear career progression into commercial, technical, or training paths.

Qualifications

• Must be hands-on with field-based quality inspections.
• Ability to collect samples, perform tests, and interpret results.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week.

The Role

You’ll ensure waste plastic materials meet the quality standards our customers rely on. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll:

• Inspect materials at supplier sites and during loadings
• Collect samples, perform tests, and analyse results
• Identify risks, contamination, and quality issues
• Work closely with commercial teams to protect customer outcomes
• Travel 3-4 days per week and manage your own schedule

Ideal Background
