Join Our Team at Pierre Landscape – Field Quality Associate

Location: Field-based (Southern California)
Compensation: Starting at $23/hr and up, DOE + Bonus
Benefits: Paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, health insurance, and 401(k) with 4% match

Pierre Landscape is looking for aField Quality Associate to help uphold and elevate our quality standards across both maintenance and construction operations. In this field-based role, you'll play a key part in inspecting work, supporting crews, ensuring compliance with company standards, and serving as the communication link between field and office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily quality control inspections on active job sites

  • Ensure work meets Pierre Landscape’s quality standards across both maintenance and construction

  • Train and guide field crews on company policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Confirm completion of daily safety protocols, including Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), stretching, PPE, and safety meetings

  • Perform regular site visits to verify crews have the tools and resources needed for success

  • Document quality inspections with photos and videos

  • Report safety incidents, HR concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages to the appropriate departments

  • Provide process feedback to management for continuous improvement

  • Serve as a liaison between field and office teams to ensure smooth communication

  • Safely operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean driving record

Requirements
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Reliable follow-through on tasks and clear communication with all levels of the team

  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record

Schedule
  • Field-based role, with job site visits required at least 4 days per week
