Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Property Sales Surveyor to cover Northern Ireland. The role involves visiting customers to survey properties and provide preservation solutions while managing your own schedule. Daily travel is required and first-class customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years.
• Penalty points: no more than six.
• Experience in construction/building maintenance advantageous but not essential.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in sales is advantageous for face-to-face interactions.
• DBS check may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Visit new and existing customers to survey their properties and provide solutions.
• Survey properties and propose property preservation solutions during visits.
• Travel daily to customer sites as part of a field-based role.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality through proactive support.
