Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Property Sales Surveyor to cover Northern Ireland. In this field-based role you will survey properties, propose preservation solutions, and travel daily to visit clients.

You will deliver excellent service and work closely with customers to resolve issues. The position offers a basic salary of £26,719, with bonus/commission schemes, a company vehicle, fuel card, tools, and benefits including pension and private healthcare options.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years
• Background in construction, building maintenance or preservation is advantageous but not essential
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent problem solver
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Background in sales is advantageous as you will work face-to-face with customers regularly
• DBS check may be required depending on role

Responsibilities

• Survey properties and provide solutions to preservation issues for customers
• Visit new and existing customers on a field-based basis
• Travel daily to meet clients and carry out surveys
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service
