Field Project Manager (Construction or Residential Services exp req)
Location: New England (80% in field, 10% in office, 10% WFH)
Territory: North Boston, South Boston, NH, or RI (territory determined by candidate location)
Salary: $65,000–$80,000 + Uncapped Commission & Bonus (OTE = $80k-$100k+)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ 3% Contribution, PTO, Car Allowance
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: M – F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET; some nights/weekends as needed
Travel: Local daily field travel to client sites (up to 50 miles)

Our client, a leader in residential services, is hiring a Field Project Manager to join their expanding New England team. In this field role, you’ll be the face of the business—meeting homeowners, walking job sites, quoting projects, and ensuring crews deliver quality work on time and on budget. You’ll start with projects already in the pipeline and grow your own book of business with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct on-site visits to quote residential painting projects
  2. Lead kickoff meetings and final walkthroughs with clients
  3. Build and maintain strong homeowner relationships throughout each project
  4. Supervise crews on-site to ensure safety, quality, and scope adherence
  5. Document project progress daily through photos and CRM updates
  6. Collaborate with operations and coordinators to ensure schedules and materials are aligned
  7. Quickly address and resolve issues with clients, vendors, and field staff
  8. Attend weekly ops meetings and maintain a well-organized calendar

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of project management/estimating experience required
  2. 2+ years of construction or residential services industry experience required
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced field environment required
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
  5. Willingness/ability to travel to make daily site visits required
