Job Summary:
We are excited to be recruiting for a new position within our Operations team – Field Performance Manager for our Reservoirs & Boosters team! This role will play a critical part in managing performance of operational teams working on the frontline to deliver excellent service to customers. Managing a team of assistant process operators and a technical coordinator, you will be working closely with operational leaders and wider stakeholders across the business, you’ll ensure we meet or exceed regulatory standards whilst continuously improving services.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee day-to-day performance of Water Reservoirs & Boosters, including incident management, compliance monitoring and field activities.
• Identify trends in underperforming sites/teams and develop strategies to improve performance against KPIs.
• Provide leadership and support to frontline staff through regular site visits, coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to implement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and reducing complaints.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, environmental compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain robust processes and procedures for data collection and analysis.
• Work closely with other departments such as Customer Service, Environmental Compliance, and Health & Safety to align efforts and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Experience in operational management within utilities or infrastructure industry.
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes and networks.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing water operations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
