We Do What We Say

That's why we need people like you to help us deliver on our promises. People who enjoy getting things done …

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and working closely with Programme Managers and Schedulers, you'll take charge of field resource planning and performance — making sure every job gets done efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

From streamlining operations to delivering exceptional service across the region, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our field teams. You'll also lead the charge on hitting key targets for health & safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Here are some of the activities you'll be involved in…

  • Planning and managing daily field operations for peak efficiency
  • Driving continuous improvement and sharing best practices across teams
  • Monitoring performance and output to uphold high standards
  • Leading and inspiring teams in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and water quality standards
  • Keeping detailed H&S records to support our zero-harm, zero-strike culture
  • Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, protecting our reputation

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…

You hold IOSH Managing Safely or CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme, plus a NRSWA Supervisor qualification, and you've got strong working knowledge of CDM legislation.

You'll also have significant hands-on experience in Metering and/or Developer Services operations, with a clear understanding of what it takes to lead teams in the field.

You're a confident communicator, commercially minded, and genuinely passionate about safety, performance, and delivering a great customer experience. If you're ready to lead by example and drive results through your people — we want to hear from you.
