A leading cybersecurity firm is seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Manager in the UK. This role requires a candidate with over 5 years of experience in marketing within the InfoSec sector, adept at executing campaigns and managing partner programs. Qualifications

Job Description:

Our client is an emerging leader in the cyber threat intelligence field.

They are looking for a highly motivated marketer with a passion for field enablement, partner strategies, and a demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns and partner marketing programs. This position will own field and partner marketing in EMEA/APAC, from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will be organized, collaborative, possess excellent communication skills, thrive remotely, and be able to handle the responsibilities listed below.

  • Building Relationships: Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally and build successful relationships internally and externally.
  • Field Marketing: Knowledge of industry events and infosec programs in APAC and EMEA. Ability to plan and execute events and campaigns in the region.
  • Partner Marketing: Proven track record in promoting and driving partner enablement and engagement activities.
  • Through-Partner Marketing: Developing and managing cross-regional channel marketing initiatives that drive demand and build pipeline.
  • Measuring Success: Ability to report on programs, analyze results, and leverage insights for strategy and planning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in field and/or partner marketing, preferably in the InfoSec market.
  • Basic understanding of the InfoSec Partner Ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, and tech alliances.
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external teams; must be a team player.
  • Ability to work independently, focusing on key outcomes with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with CRMs (SFDC), Partner Portals (Allbound), and MDF programs.
