Job summary

N2O Limited is seeking a proactive Operations Team member to provide admin and operational support across Field Operations and General Warehouse functions.

You will act as a link between Field Operations and Warehouse Teams, help maintain records, coordinate activities and support day-to-day tasks to ensure a safe, organised and efficient service. The role requires flexibility, including weekend work, and prior warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is essential.
• Experience in events or production environments is preferred.
• Ability to work methodically, prioritise and delegate tasks.
• Understanding of stock management techniques and inventory control.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain a tidy, methodical workspace.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Physically fit to lift/move heavy items and work under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication with internal/external contacts.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations; reliable and organised.
• Forklift and driving licences held; training assumed where needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dispatch goods.
• Check goods received for quantity, type and quality.
• Inspect event equipment on return from campaigns.
• Maintain the stores area in a tidy, methodical fashion.
• Record assets in Asset Panda or WMS; update stock systems.
• Liaise with Campaign Managers, Field Ops and Warehouse Leaders.
• Coordinate courier dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Load/unload equipment safely from vehicles.
• Organise items for picking/packing and update stock records.
• Produce delivery notes and labels via supplier portals.
• Operate company vehicles safely within the yard.
• Support a clean, safe working environment and safety compliance.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Perform other duties as directed by Team Leaders.
