Job Title: Commercial Field Operations Manager

Location: Various Sites

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + £6,000 car allowance

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead a team of engineers and subcontractors delivering commercial heating and building services. You will manage the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of service and repair operatives working on heating systems and associated plant equipment (e.g., BMS, water tanks, pumps, ventilation, etc.)
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement improvements
• Ensure timely completion of works in line with industry standards and client requirements
• Work closely with admin teams to manage schedules and customer communications
• Support training, development, and performance reviews of your team
• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and internal policies
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet seasonal demands
• Manage van stock, tools, and part requests
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a high standard of service delivery
