Due to significant growth, we are looking for 2 Field Operations Managers to drive compliance within the designated portfolio of our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC). We focus on providing a high standard of accommodation for the service users we house through a combination of reactive and planned maintenance, completed by our team of multi-skilled maintenance operatives and approved contractors.
This is a crucial role, providing clear management to Maintenance Operatives and Housing Officers in their provision of property maintenance and support services. You will be accountable to the Head of Field Operations for all property maintenance and service user support services within your region; provide leadership and strategic direction to Housing Officers and Maintenance Operatives; and collaborate with other management team members to deliver outstanding and effective service.

Proven people management skills, the ability to analyze data, and produce accurate, timely reports are essential. Experience managing multi-skilled maintenance operatives, delivering against KPIs, working within tight deadlines and budgets, is highly desirable.
