The Field Operations Manager is a key position which drives business performance and direction through role model leadership to a team of operational and technical colleagues to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of upper quartile Supply Interruptions and Water Quality performance, and sector leading Customer Experience.
Working with the Manager of Field Operations and in conjunction with Asset Management to deliver the strategy and change required to hit performance targets in AMP8. The role will deliver world class asset and operational excellence across YW assets, in pursuit of health and safety excellence; regulatory compliance; operational efficiency and business plan outperformance.

If successful for the role, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks that will include a Basic Disclosure Check, carried out through a Third-Party Company, prior to commencing employment.
