Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a Field Operations Specialist for the Hampshire Region in the UK. This permanent, full-time role is 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive hourly salary with benefits.

You will lead health and safety, manage projects, mentor staff, and liaise with clients to ensure high service standards. A strong people-management background and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in field operations or health & safety is a plus.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Champion Health and Safety on all sites.
Complete the targeted number of site inspections per month.
Oversee all projects with daily progress reports.
Coordinate on-site movements, processes and safety standards.
Daily training of new employees with competency sign-off through training stages.
Assist Line Management with Toolbox Talks for the month.
Ensure Engineers on sites comply with safety and quality standards.
Daily handovers to management following Senior Management procedures.
Ensure data capture is followed by on-site operatives.
Lead setup and closure of sites per Health & Safety and Client standards.
Engage with clients at senior levels to maintain service excellence.
Handle reasonable ad hoc duties requested by Line/Operations Manager.
