Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service UK team in Montrose working in support of our offshore windfarm. Your role will involve supporting the operational site team with maintenance and materials planning, documentation management, service scheduling and facilitation of our ERP operating system.In line with Vestas' quality, HSE, and Operational procedures, it will be your responsibility to organise, plan and support all site activities, ensuring the smooth and safe availability of maintenance plans and general site resources for the offshore delivery of works.

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of site maintenance progress & overlooking maintenance plan
  • Assigning scope of work to the offshore team
  • Initiating procurement demands for current and future works
  • Planning of resources for annual inspections, servicing, maintenance and upgrades
  • Raise NCRs, quality cases and learning opportunities
  • Reviewing, and approving work orders, material consumptions, and reports
  • Manage & coordinate site resource & technical planning

Qualifications

  • Technical Management or operational supervision
  • Good English skills both oral and written
  • Full driver's license
  • Willingness to travel
