Job Description:

Role: Electronic Field Monitoring Officer

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of individuals under electronic monitoring.
  • Visiting the homes of individuals on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring detection within property boundaries.
  • Maintaining electronic monitoring devices.
  • Collaborating with team members for seamless operations and communication.
  • Providing excellent customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Full UK Driving Licence - Manual (not automatic) - No more than 9 points.
  • Ability to travel within the UK; car and fuel provided for work purposes.
  • No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
  • BPSS clearance with full 3-year work history, covering gaps over 28 days.
  • Willingness to obtain DBS clearance if not already held.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high standard of verbal English.
  • Ability to work flexibly, independently, and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Assignment Details:
  • Working Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Working Hours: Evenings, 4 pm - 1 am; shifts vary
  • Training: 8 days at an allocated venue (Gatwick, Birmingham, or Stockport)
