Alecto Recruitment is working with a well-established forklift maintenance and hire company that is expanding its engineering team across the UK. As a Mobile Forklift Engineer, you''ll service, maintain and repair forklift trucks at customer sites, travel nationwide and work locally with occasional longer projects.

You''ll receive £16.50-£17.50 per hour, door-to-door pay, a company vehicle, pension, private medical cover and full manufacturer training on lithium-powered forklift technology.

Competenze

• Previous experience repairing and servicing forklift trucks.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
• City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Professional approach with excellent customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Carrying out breakdown repairs.
• Completing service documentation using a PDA.
• Delivering excellent customer service on site.
• Managing your own daily schedule across your designated area.
