Job summary

Quest Employment Ltd. is seeking a qualified MHE Instructor to deliver RTITB-accredited training on Reach Trucks, Counterbalance, PPT and VNA equipment across client sites in the Derby area. This field-based role requires promoting safety and ensuring operators meet regulatory standards.

You will assess competency, maintain records, and travel between sites with a flexible day shift. A valid RTITB or equivalent accreditation, a full UK driving licence, and proven delivery experience are

Qualifications

Valid and in-date instructor accreditation (RTITB preferred).
Proven experience delivering RTITB training on MHE equipment.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to MHE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field-based travel.

Responsibilities

Deliver RTITB accredited training for Reach Trucks, Counterbalance, PPT and VNA equipment.
Conduct novice, refresher, conversion and assessment courses.
Maintain training records, reports and certificates.
Travel to client sites across the Derby region and manage schedules.
