Job summary

Gi Group Ireland Limited is hiring Meter Readers to collect data from gas, electricity, and water meters at residential and commercial sites. The role offers full-time hours, a flexible schedule, and comprehensive training.

Typical weekly hours are 40–45 with start times between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. A company car is provided, along with pension enrollment and uniform/PPE. DBS and credit checks apply.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve data from meters at domestic, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Carry out visual inspections of metering equipment.
• Perform Charge Point Surveys.
• Provide excellent customer service while collecting reads.
